About the Binance Accelerator Program:

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a fixed-term initiative designed for early-career talent, providing an immersive experience in the rapidly growing Web3 space. Participants will gain exposure to the inner workings of Binance, network with professionals, and develop transferable skills for their future careers.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Regional Paid Ads Team in managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Meta, Twitter, and Reddit.
• Assist in campaign setup, monitoring, and daily performance tracking.
• Help gather and organize campaign data for analysis and reporting.
• Learn and apply best practices for paid social advertising under mentorship.
• Document workflows, processes, and campaign insights.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure timely asset delivery.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to build expertise in paid ads.
• Assist with ad copy and creative testing initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support to the paid ads team.
• Identify opportunities for improving campaign performance and team efficiency.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and paid social advertising.
• Previous internship or coursework related to digital marketing or advertising is a plus.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with data.
