Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy for Futures and Derivatives trading backend systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and global reliability.
• Enhance core backend components like order management, margin and risk engines, pricing/valuation models, and clearing/settlement systems.
• Collaborate with Backend Engineers, Quant Developers, and Trading System Architects to translate complex trading requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead full product lifecycle from feasibility, system architecture, rollout, and iterative optimization.
• Analyze system metrics, trading flows, and latency to proactively detect bottlenecks and improve user experience.
• Ensure systems comply with regulatory standards, exchange protocols, and market best practices.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Futures, Perpetual Swaps, and Derivatives trading, with experience in backend trading system architecture.
• 4+ years in product management or trading systems, ideally within quantitative trading, fintech, or high-frequency/low-latency trading.
• Solid quantitative or technical background, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Ability to interpret trading models, margin logic, and risk methodologies into product requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is preferred.
