Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing risk policies/procedures and preparing training materials for risk management.
• Support the maintenance of effective risk governance, including establishing Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and assisting with Board Committee reporting.
• Help the Risk Champion/Risk Owner in the 1st line of defense and assist in consolidating Business Unit risk reports.
• Consolidate regional incidents and perform trend analysis and thematic reviews.
• Assist in establishing KRIs in line with the firm's risk governance framework.
• Support risk assessment of different Crypto products and validate controls identified during risk assessments.
• Perform risk assessments on new products/services.
• Maintain oversight of risk pillars and provide ongoing support.
• Contribute to Third Party Risk management, Incident management, and Business Continuity Planning initiatives.
• Prepare Risk Dashboards and Reports for management oversight.
• Take on ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Risk Management, or related disciplines (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, operational risk, audit, advisory services, or product management.
• Experience with database management systems and governance, risk & compliance tools is a plus.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-disciplined, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
