As we continue to scale rapidly, we’re looking for detail-oriented and proactive team members who can support our financial operations and contribute to a structured, efficient, and compliant workflow.

The Role

As a Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting accounting processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, analytical, and experienced with bookkeeping fundamentals who is excited to support a dynamic and fast-paced company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense tracking, and general ledgers.
• Manage payroll data and assist with payroll processing as needed.
• Reconcile bank statements, crypto wallets, and financial transactions regularly.
• Categorize and organize financial documents for audits and internal review.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting by providing updated financial data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards.
• Identify discrepancies and work proactively to resolve them.

Who We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Assistant, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping best practices.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with crypto transactions or Web3 accounting is a plus (but not required).
• Proactive, reliable, and highly responsible mindset.
• Strong English proficiency (spoken and written).
