About Binance Accelerator Program:

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a fixed-term (3-6 months) initiative designed for early-career talent to immerse themselves in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will work closely with the engineering team, gaining hands-on experience while building scalable systems, and expanding your professional network.

• Current university students or recent graduates

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and enhance core company products, building scalable backend systems.
• Create and implement clear, structured interface documentation for business modules, ensuring effective communication across teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues identified by the QA team to improve product reliability.
• Work with the Customer Support team to analyze and troubleshoot customer-reported issues, driving system improvements to enhance user experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong foundation in Java with an understanding of frameworks like multithreading and networking.
• Familiarity with the Spring framework and Microservice architecture.
• Experience with MySQL and middleware technologies like Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
• Strong logical thinking, excellent teamwork skills, and a fast learner.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to coordinate with global partners.
• Experience with open-source projects is preferred.
