About the Role:

Join the Binance Square team to shape the future of social interaction in the crypto space. We are seeking a Product Operations Specialist to drive the development, launch, and optimization of our Chat feature, ensuring a superior user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to plan and implement chat feature updates.
• Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new feature releases.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to create campaigns that drive user awareness and adoption.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure feature health and success.
• Create educational resources (FAQs, tutorials) to help users leverage the chat feature.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related role in tech/fintech.
• Proven experience driving product updates, GTM strategies, and feature optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tracking KPIs and using data tools.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of the crypto/fintech industry and user behavior is preferred.
• Familiarity with chat or messaging platforms is a strong plus.
