About the Role:

CrowdStrike is looking for a Senior Security Analyst to join their Platform Professional Services team. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted security advisor, helping organizations improve their security posture by optimizing the Falcon platform. You'll be on the frontlines of incident handling, malware analysis, and incident remediation, providing high-quality communication and expert recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead incident handling and remediation processes across multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux).
Conduct malware analysis and perform network forensic analysis for customer environments.
Develop and execute countermeasures and security automations using CrowdStrike tools.
Create detailed reports and communicate findings to clients.
Contribute thought leadership through public speaking events and blog posts.
Provide ongoing feedback to improve operational processes and capabilities.

Qualifications:

Experience in incident response, malware analysis, and security operations.
Strong understanding of systems administration, network operations, and network forensic analysis.
Experience in programming or scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or .NET.
Background in computer forensic analysis and network protocols.
Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships during security incidents.
