Job Title: Product Operation (Exchange Operation)

Location: Hybrid (Taipei, Taiwan)

Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage data monitoring systems for core product metrics (user journey, conversion funnel, engagement)
• Analyze conversion data and implement strategies to optimize user flow
• Design and monitor key conversion paths from registration to transaction
• Conduct A/B tests and drive continuous product iteration
• Deliver regular reports with insights and recommendations
• Plan and execute conversion strategies for flows such as registration, KYC, deposit, and trading
• Optimize user touchpoints (in-app messages, push notifications, AI/SMS tools)
• Organize incentive campaigns to improve user activation and retention
• Support marketing execution and analyze campaign performance
• Improve marketing tools, workflows, and operational processes
• Manage product features through continuous iteration
• Set up user feedback systems using data from customer service, reviews, and research
• Draft MRDs and improve operational workflows
• Conduct business analysis to identify and solve pain points through strategic operations
• Participate in departmental process and system optimizations

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in digital product operations (Web3/crypto preferred)
• Background in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields
• Proven skills in conversion optimization and user flow design
• Proficient in SQL and strong analytical skills
• Experienced in user research, data analysis, and A/B testing
• Capable of drafting MRD/PRD and working across full product development lifecycle
• Skilled in incentive campaign design and multi-channel strategy execution
• Experience with behavioral modeling and process optimization
