Position Overview:

The Treasury & Trading Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing daily operations across digital and fiat assets, as well as investment instruments. This role will be crucial for maintaining operational efficiencies, providing trade support, and nurturing relationships with counterparties. The position is based in the Cayman Islands, with relocation support provided.

Treasury Operations Responsibilities:

• Optimize cash and digital asset utilization while minimizing financial risks.
• Manage cryptocurrency holdings, wallet operations, and reconciliation of digital assets.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting.
• Maintain banking and exchange relationships for treasury support.
• Monitor market trends and interest rates to inform strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
• Prepare and present reports on cash flow, liquidity, and risk assessments to leadership.

Trading Operations Responsibilities:

• Monitor and facilitate real-time trading across exchanges and OTC desks.
• Oversee secure management of company wallets and crypto transactions.
• Reconcile trading activity, resolve discrepancies, and generate operational reports.
• Implement risk controls and assist with compliance documentation.
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation and efficiency.
• Respond to operational incidents and support Finance in month-end processes.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CTP or CFA certification preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in treasury management, financial analysis, or trade support.
• Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity, and risk management.
• Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial modeling tools.
• Strong attention to detail in trade reconciliation and settlement.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving industry.
• Familiarity with financial markets and derivatives.
• Experience in the crypto/digital asset industry is advantageous but not required.
