Job Title: Wallet Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet key performance indicators
• Support the team lead in developing workflows and improving operational efficiency
• Oversee all project phases to ensure timely achievement of project goals
• Monitor and resolve wallet-related issues by liaising with relevant parties
• Analyze business requirements, propose solutions, and manage their implementation
• Investigate user issues and suggest actionable resolutions
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the team leader

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, or management consulting
• Strong understanding of financial services and blockchain trading
• Excellent logical thinking, communication skills, and a fast learner
• Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure
