Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the structured product suite.
• Conduct research on crypto market trends and competitor movements to identify new product opportunities.
• Design product rules, yield structures, and parameter configurations, translating user needs into Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
• Work with quant and risk teams to ensure products are priced competitively and operate within acceptable risk parameters.
• Act as the product expert for operations and marketing teams, developing comprehensive launch plans and user education materials.
• Leverage on-chain and off-chain data to identify growth opportunities and optimize product performance.
• Serve as the key interface between Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Quant, Risk, and Customer Service teams to deliver a world-class user experience.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management for financial or operational products, preferably in cryptocurrencies, fintech, or traditional wealth management.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, interest rates, and volatility, particularly applied to crypto assets.
• Highly analytical with proficiency in tools like SQL and Excel for data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong ownership of business growth and product revenue.
• Ability to adapt quickly to the fast-paced crypto industry.
• Bonus: Familiarity with DeFi, blockchain protocols, and financial certifications such as CFA or FRM.
