About the Role:

Binance is hiring a Product Operations Manager to lead operations and growth initiatives for the Chat feature on Binance Square, a platform bridging Web3 content creators and users. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to enhance user experience, execute go-to-market strategies, and optimize chat product performance.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with product, engineering, and design teams to implement chat feature updates
• Execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new chat features
• Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to drive feature adoption
• Analyze user data and feedback to optimize product functionality and experience
• Conduct A/B tests to improve performance
• Monitor key performance indicators and address operational issues proactively
• Create educational content such as FAQs and tutorials

Requirements:

• 5+ years in product operations, product management, or related roles (preferably in tech, fintech, or crypto)
• Experience with GTM strategy and feature optimization
• Familiarity with chat or messaging platforms, especially in community contexts
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and operational workflows
• Data-driven mindset with experience in KPI tracking and analysis
• Strong project management and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of crypto or fintech platforms and user behavior
