π¬ Customer Service Representative β Gate.io (APAC, Remote)
Gate.io is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver top-tier support to users of its crypto trading platform. This remote, full-time role is ideal for bilingual professionals with a financial or virtual currency background and a passion for customer care.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- Provide text-based support via email or chat to resolve user issues.
- Deliver professional product guidance and consultation.
- Calmly handle inquiries to enhance user satisfaction.
- Record unresolved issues and relay feedback to product teams.
- Keep users informed of platform updates or system changes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
β Qualifications
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Chinese-English customer service (crypto, financial, or exchange sectors preferred).
- Team player with problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Financial industry knowledge (e.g., stocks, futures) is a plus.
- Shift flexibility required: 9:00β18:00, 15:00β24:00, or 24:00β09:00 (GMT+8).
