Location: Remote 🌎 (Hybrid options available)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $150k - $250k annually (Pays in Bitcoin)

The Role:
As a Swan Private Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with HNW clients, ensuring that their Bitcoin journey is seamless and profitable. You will provide white-glove service to clients, leveraging your wealth management expertise and deep understanding of Bitcoin. Your primary responsibility is to generate new business opportunities, engage with existing clients, and provide personalized Bitcoin strategies and insights.
You’ll also need to generate inbound leads through media, personal branding, or a well-established book of business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Generate new leads and business opportunities via media, personal branding, digital sales, and an existing network of clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients, guiding them through their Bitcoin investment journey.
- Client Service: Provide concierge services to clients, ensuring satisfaction and offering expert guidance on Swan products and Bitcoin strategies.
- Onboarding: Help onboard new Swan clients with high satisfaction and ensure a smooth experience.
- Personal Client Support: Offer around-the-clock availability to clients, including direct communication via SMS, email, and phone.
- Collaborative Sales: Work closely with Directors and Managing Directors to contribute to the overall sales strategy and team success.
- Travel: Occasionally travel for short trips across the US to engage with clients and prospects.
- Personal Branding: Cultivate a personal brand in the Bitcoin space by engaging with the community through media appearances, content creation, and digital presence.
Skills & Experience:
- Bitcoin Expertise: A deep understanding of Bitcoin and its fundamentals, alongside financial market knowledge.
- Client Service: Strong experience in client-facing roles with a focus on providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
- Media & Branding: Comfortable creating content and doing media appearances to build a personal brand in the Bitcoin space.
- Communication: Excellent listening skills with the ability to adapt communication styles to client preferences (SMS, phone, email).
- Financial Knowledge: Basic understanding of tax, trust, and inheritance laws, with a background in traditional financial services.
- Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience in wealth management or client relationship roles.
- Remote Work: Ability to thrive in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
- Location: Must be US-based and eligible to work in the US.

Compensation:
- Base Salary: Competitive based on location and experience.
