Position: Account Manager, Google Workspace (SMB)
Location: Gurugram, India (On-site)
Type: Full-Time
Minimum Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience)
✔ 4+ years of sales or relationship management in IT or Cloud Sales
✔ Strong verbal and written English
✔ Experience working with cloud-based solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience running email campaigns (CRM & marketing automation tools)
- Selling with or through resellers
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace or other productivity platforms
- Familiarity with SaaS sales, especially to SMBs and Mid-Market
- Ability to convert data and insights into actionable business strategies
- Solid multitasking and project management skills under shifting deadlines
About the Role:
You will be part of the Google Cloud team, acting as an advisor and problem-solver for SMB clients by helping them unlock the power of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet, etc.). You'll directly influence customers' ability to collaborate, innovate, and digitize their operations, positioning Google Cloud as their go-to solution.
Your Core Responsibilities:
🔹 Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing Workspace accounts
🔹 Collaborate with reseller partners to drive new business
🔹 Boost adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction over the phone
🔹 Work closely with marketing and product teams to enhance customer experience
🔹 Advocate for Google Workspace as a transformative tool for business productivity
