Job Description:

Lead and manage a team of 50-100 hourly associates in Amazon’s fulfillment centers, sort centers, delivery stations, or operations facilities. This is an on-site, fast-paced role focused on motivating, mentoring, and developing your team to meet safety, quality, attendance, and performance goals. Extensive training is provided to develop leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of hourly employees
• Operate independently in an autonomous, fast-paced warehouse environment
• Oversee package handling, truck deliveries, and equipment operation where applicable
• Manage shift patterns including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and attendance
• Perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 49 lbs), walking, climbing stairs, and operating equipment

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed between May 2024 and August 2026

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service and interpersonal skills
• Degree or current enrollment in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering, or related fields

Salary Range: $67,700 to $83,000 per year
