Role Summary:

Lead and manage end-to-end AMER payroll operations (U.S., Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and team performance. You'll work hands-on with platforms like ADP GlobalView (SAP), Workday, and ADP Workforce Now, while mentoring team members and improving payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee payroll operations, audits, and reconciliations
• Supervise team performance and distribute workload
• Manage payroll inputs: new hires, terminations, tax updates, etc.
• Handle RSU, ESPP, and stock compensation processing
• Maintain compliance with AMER tax and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams (HR, Benefits, Stock)
• Develop SOPs, dashboards, KPIs, and training documentation
• Drive year-end activities (W-2s, tax filings, reconciliations)
• Lead system upgrades and process improvement projects

Requirements:

• 15+ years of progressive AMER payroll experience
• Expertise in multi-country payroll (U.S., Canada, LATAM)
• Strong knowledge of RSU/ESPP, tax compliance, payroll systems
• Experience with ADP GlobalView (SAP), ADP WFN, and Workday
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication abilities
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
