Job Summary:

Drive operational and supply chain excellence for Amazon India’s marketplace business. Own seller/vendor performance, influence fulfillment center operations, and collaborate across teams to enhance vendor and customer experience. Lead system and process improvements to support sustainable and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure seller/vendor operational performance meets targets
• Identify key metrics to manage tradeoffs and improve customer experience
• Collaborate with vendor operations to reduce cost, lead time, and waste
• Prioritize and execute projects to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Analyze data using Excel, Access, SQL, or other tools
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver operational performance and improvements

Basic Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of supply chain or operations experience in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing teams in high-paced operations environments
