About the Program

The Binance Accelerator Program is a short-term immersive opportunity for early-career talent to gain real-world experience in the Web3 and blockchain space. This particular role is focused on risk and compliance in one of the world’s leading crypto companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection, documentation, and basic risk analysis for the Compliance Risk Management Program.
• Support the annual Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA) by managing timelines and tracking project progress.
• Help document risk assessments and compliance control inventories in collaboration with global teams.
• Contribute to maintaining regulatory compliance documentation and supporting horizon scanning activities.
• Assist in compiling compliance risk metrics and preparing management reports.
• Provide project management support for regulatory mapping and AI-related projects.
• Perform administrative tasks to support team operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Current undergraduate or graduate student, or recent graduate in Finance, Business, Law, or Risk Management.
• Strong interest in compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable working in a remote, global, and cross-functional environment.
