Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst / Project Manager, you will:

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables by working closely with different teams.
• Project Management: Create and maintain project roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies, keeping strategic priorities in mind.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project progress and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure stakeholders are always informed.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain all project documentation to ensure consistency and transparency.
• Business Analysis: Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities through detailed business analysis.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
• Solution Design and Development: Partner with IT and vendors to design, develop, and enhance solutions, combining systems, data, processes, digital, and automation tools.
• Production Support: Assist in providing production support to ensure smooth operation of Finance systems for end users.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Ideally 5+ years as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in a fast-paced MNC/startup environment. Candidates with less experience will also be considered.
• Data-Informed Approach: Strong ability to make decisions using data, while being empathetic towards the end-user.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and produce tangible results.
• Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to think strategically with an innovative mindset.
• Digital Tools and Technology: Proficient in evaluating and implementing digital tools and technologies, such as cloud platforms, data analytics, automation tools, etc.
• Finance Transformation Experience: Prior experience in the finance transformation space is a plus.
• Crypto Industry Experience: Experience in the crypto industry is a plus.
