Job Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new token projects, managing client relationships, and driving the growth of Coinstore’s asset listing strategy. The ideal candidate has strong experience in business development within a crypto exchange or decentralized exchange (DEX) and is passionate about blockchain and Web3 innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define & Execute Listing Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to onboard new digital assets on Coinstore’s platform.
• Lead Generation & Partnership Development: Identify valuable token projects, venture funds, and liquidity providers to expand asset offerings.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing token partners, ensuring strong relationships and continued collaboration.
• Negotiation & Deal Closing: Manage and close commercial deals with crypto projects while maintaining a structured pipeline.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Operations teams to streamline token listing processes.
• Market Research & Reporting: Analyze industry trends, generate insights, and produce in-depth reports to support listing decisions.

Job Requirements

• Experience in Crypto Exchanges: Previous experience in a crypto exchange (CEX/DEX) as a business development manager is required.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency and Web3 ecosystem.
• Sales & Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Target-Driven & Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify opportunities, assess risks, and make data-driven decisions.
