What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement Arrakis' Business Development (BD) strategy to grow our customer base, increase protocol revenue, and establish Arrakis as the number one decentralized market-making provider in Web3.
• Scan the Web3 market to identify new partners and establish the first point of contact for potential customers.
• Collaborate closely with our marketing and tech teams to close deals with customers.
• Build and manage a world-class sales and business development pipeline to drive sustained growth.
• Lead a team of sales executives, ensuring growth objectives are consistently met.
• Become an active thought leader and community advocate within the DeFi space.
• Represent Arrakis at top crypto events worldwide, speaking and networking with key industry players.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, and business development within the DeFi, Market Maker, or TradeFi industry.
• Strong hunter instincts for outbound outreach, with a passion for identifying and securing new customers.
• Advanced knowledge of the DeFi ecosystem and blockchain technology, including the latest projects and innovations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience interacting with senior executives such as CFOs and CEOs.
• Proven experience in leading and creating business development strategies for high-growth technology companies.
• Comfortable and effective in fast-paced, evolving environments.
