We are looking for a Client Due Diligence Analyst (Corporate Division) to join our Local Programs and Regulatory Compliance team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for compliance in fintech and financial services.

Role Overview

As a Client Due Diligence Analyst (Corporate Division), you will be responsible for conducting corporate customer due diligence, monitoring high-risk clients, and ensuring compliance with KYB (Know Your Business) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations. You will play a key role in safeguarding our platform against financial crimes and regulatory risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct due diligence on new corporate client onboarding escalations, performing risk assessments and escalating cases based on a risk-based approach.
Perform ongoing monitoring of corporate clients according to internal compliance policies and procedures.
Investigate high-risk clients, including Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), ensuring all necessary documentation is collected.
Assist in developing and refining KYB-related operational policies and procedures.
Periodically review and evaluate existing clients to ensure continued compliance with regulatory requirements.
Process customer record amendments across various internal systems.
Provide support and guidance to cross-functional teams within the Operations and Compliance departments.
Assess ongoing workstreams and recommend operational improvements.
Achieve individual and team performance goals, based on both quantitative and qualitative criteria.
Maintain a deep understanding of clients’ business activities to detect and prevent suspicious transactions.
Conduct further investigations on flagged clients and transactions, reporting findings to the KYB/AML Compliance Officer as necessary.

Requirements:

✔ High school diploma or higher education (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

✔ Prior experience in compliance, due diligence, or risk assessment is an advantage.

✔ Basic knowledge of financial regulations and fintech industry practices.

✔ Strong analytical thinking and risk assessment skills.

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

✔ Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

✔ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

✔ High level of integrity, initiative, and discretion in handling sensitive information.

✔ Interest in fintech, blockchain technology, and financial services.

✔ Strong computer literacy and proficiency with compliance software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency compliance.
Understanding of AML, KYC, and KYB regulations.
Familiarity with compliance monitoring tools and systems.
