The Role:
Ripple is seeking an experienced Client Solutions Director to join our team in either London or Geneva. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with various departments, including product, engineering, and integration, to deliver enterprise solutions. If you are customer-centric, passionate about solving complex problems, and deeply interested in the digital asset industry, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Ripple products such as Custody, Stablecoin, and Payments.
- Effectively communicate the value propositions of Ripple’s offerings to banks, financial institutions, and crypto-natives.
- Gather business requirements, define scope, and build designs and specifications.
- Work closely with clients to understand how Ripple technology can help them meet their objectives.
- Own the RFx process (Request for Proposal/Quotation) on behalf of customer engagements.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design solution plans, cost estimates, and implementation strategies for systems involved.
- Be the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, overseeing system design, improvements, and strategic direction.
- Own the product feedback loop from customer interactions to help shape future improvements.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
- 10 years of experience in a pre-sales role within the Fintech or Digital Assets space.
- Strong technical competence with a natural curiosity to explore complex technologies.
- Confident and clear communication skills with the ability to present to executives and technical teams alike.
- A passion for Blockchain and the Crypto industry, whether personal or professional.
- Analytical skills with the ability to connect the dots and find solutions.
- Proactive, self-starter mentality with an interest in banking, financial services, Fintech, and crypto.
- Ability to work with Webhooks, REST APIs, and basic scripting tasks.
- Familiarity with industry data standards such as ACH, SWIFT, SEPA (a plus).
