About the Role:
Google is seeking a Cloud Field Sales Representative to manage customer relationships, drive business growth, and lead complex sales cycles. This role requires strategic account management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and expertise in cloud solutions sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B software sales, cloud solutions, and strategic negotiations.\
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, managing complex business cycles.
- Develop market strategies to drive pipeline growth and business expansion.
- Manage multiple clients, understanding their technology profiles, strategies, and competitors.
- Create specialized solution roadmaps for customers, addressing business and technical needs.
- Meet and exceed business growth targets, while providing accurate forecasts and performance reports.
- Act as a trusted advisor, influencing long-term technology and business decisions for clients.
- Lead account strategy, collaborating with internal teams and partners to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive business development initiatives, ensuring operational excellence and guiding clients through the entire sales cycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- 2+ years of experience in software/cloud sales or strategic account management in B2B software companies.
- Proven ability to build relationships with executives and influence strategic decisions.
- Experience in customer acquisition and expansion at scale.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with partners on implementations.
- Experience in business and legal negotiations, working with procurement, legal, and business teams.
