What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in community management, specifically within Web 3, crypto, NFTs, decentralized apps, and blockchain gaming.
• A deep understanding of Web 3 technologies like NFTs, smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi), and blockchain gaming ecosystems.
• Proven success in scaling communities on platforms like Discord, Telegram, and X.
• Experience in executing community campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and retention.
• A passion for Web 3 and blockchain-powered community building.
• Skilled in managing open-source community mods and engaging with players across social platforms.
• Strong experience with influencer collaboration to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for fostering meaningful community interactions.
• A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work remotely.
• An analytical mindset with superior understanding of metrics and community feedback.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Community Building: Focus on growing our Web 3 gaming community across platforms like Discord, Telegram, and X.
• Create & Implement Campaigns: Develop creative campaigns that increase community awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
• Host Events: Organize live events like AMAs, contests, and community-driven content to strengthen relationships.
• Educate the Community: Promote Web 3 principles, product offerings, feature announcements, drops, and blockchain-powered gaming.
• Oversee Open-Source Contributions: Ensure community mods grow and thrive.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to integrate community feedback.
• Influencer Partnerships: Build relationships with influencers, KOLs, and businesses to enhance community engagement and brand awareness.
• Manage Volunteers & Ambassadors: Guide and motivate influencers and ambassadors to maintain active participation.
• Represent Hike at Events: Be the face of Hike’s Web 3 gaming product at global events, conferences, and community meetups.
• Monitor & Analyze Metrics: Use data to optimize strategies and ensure the long-term success of community engagement.
