Key Responsibilities:

• Apply data science techniques to assess and manage compliance risks
• Analyze transactional and KYC data to generate insights
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines
• Develop dashboards to monitor compliance system health
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, with expertise in KYC, sanctions, and transaction monitoring
• Proficient in SQL and Python; skilled in building analytical dashboards
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Able to create clear documentation and reports
• Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
