About the Role

As Social Video Content Creator, you will be responsible for crafting engaging, short-form video content to drive awareness and adoption of the Stellar ecosystem. You’ll take complex blockchain concepts and turn them into digestible, engaging social media content, helping to shape how audiences engage with Stellar across platforms like Twitter, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and more.

Key Responsibilities

📹 Create & execute engaging video content from ideation to delivery.

📢 Develop a social video strategy, aligning with campaigns, events, and broader company initiatives.

📈 Optimize content for different social platforms, keeping up with platform algorithms and trends.

🚀 Break down complex blockchain concepts into easy-to-understand, compelling video content.

🤝 Collaborate with Communication, Digital, and Creative teams to support Stellar’s initiatives.

🎯 Measure impact & refine strategy using performance metrics.

What You’ll Accomplish

✔️ First 30 days: Learn Stellar’s brand voice, style, and blockchain fundamentals; begin producing initial content.

✔️ Within 3 months: Establish key metrics, workflows, and lead video content strategy.

✔️ Within 6 months: Drive engagement growth, experiment with new formats, and support live event coverage.

Who You Are

✅ 2-5 years of experience creating high-impact short-form video content.

✅ Deep understanding of social media algorithms and optimization strategies.

✅ Strong video editing & production skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).

✅ Basic understanding of blockchain & Web3 concepts.

✅ Excellent visual storytelling & creative direction skills.

✅ Highly organized with strong project management abilities.

✅ Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 (based on experience & location).
