Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard global crypto creators.
• Develop and execute creator engagement and retention strategies.
• Manage a portfolio of high-impact global crypto creators and track community growth metrics.
• Build community growth programs and initiate collaborations with creators.
• Facilitate creator-driven initiatives like AMA sessions and interviews.
• Stay updated on crypto trends and competitor activities to discover emerging creators.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in partnerships, affiliate management, or cross-channel marketing, with a focus on the crypto industry.
• Experience or involvement in the crypto creator community.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and strategy development.
• Ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in crypto marketing.
