Token Metrics is looking for a Business Development Specialist to join its Business Development Team. In this role, you will focus on expanding the company's business operations, improving branding initiatives, and negotiating deals to sustain growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with industry experts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving the company's revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Business Operations: Analyze and expand operations to ensure sustained growth and profitability.
• Revenue Growth: Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities for increased profitability.
• Sales & Marketing: Evaluate and improve sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
• Client Relationships: Develop and strengthen relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Market Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to capture an increased market share.
• Networking: Identify new clients and create opportunities for networking and business development.
• Negotiations & Deals: Negotiate and close business deals that contribute to sustained revenue.
• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies for revenue increase.
• M&A Assessment: Advise on potential joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Development, Marketing, or similar (MBA preferred).
• Experience: Proven track record as a Business Development Specialist in a related industry.
• Proficiency: Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce and knowledge of business development strategies.
• Market Insight: Strong ability to analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and identify profitable opportunities.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for negotiating and managing relationships.
