Role Overview

Token Metrics is looking for a Crypto Business Development Specialist to drive growth, expand business opportunities, and enhance branding initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new markets, building strategic partnerships, and negotiating deals to increase revenue and market share.


Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Analyze and expand business operations for sustained growth.
  • Identify profitable business opportunities and develop new revenue streams.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competitor strategies.

Partnerships & Client Relationships

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and industry partnerships.
  • Identify and onboard new clients through networking and outreach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Management) to align business strategies.

Sales & Marketing Initiatives

  • Evaluate and improve branding, marketing, and sales strategies.
  • Monitor revenue streams and optimize pricing models for increased profitability.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to ensure long-term success.

Market Expansion & Competitive Analysis

  • Research industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to enhance market positioning.
  • Provide insights on potential joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.


Requirements

✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Business Development, Marketing, or a related field.

✔️ MBA preferred.

✔️ 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the crypto, blockchain, or fintech industry.

✔️ Strong knowledge of Web3, DeFi, and cryptocurrency markets.

✔️ Proficiency in CRM and business management software (e.g., Salesforce).

✔️ Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and close high-value deals.

✔️ Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

✔️ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.


Nice-to-Have Skills

➕ Experience working with crypto exchanges, DeFi projects, or blockchain startups.

➕ Background in AI-driven analytics, trading platforms, or fintech.

➕ Familiarity with tokenomics and Web3 business models.
