Token Metrics is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief of Staff to support its executives in managing daily operations and driving key projects within the crypto space. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of strategic leadership experience, preferably as a Chief of Staff, and strong expertise in venture funds. The role requires proficiency in crypto concepts (including blockchain and Web3), excellent communication skills, and project management abilities. A background in FinTech or Web3 is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Support: Assist executives with day-to-day operations, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.
• Strategic Leadership: Lead initiatives to close crypto SPVs by leveraging market insights and networking for securing investments.
• Interview and Onboarding: Conduct interviews with potential VIP plan applicants and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
• Content Creation: Edit and refine content for Token Metrics’ investor newsletters, ensuring clarity and alignment with the brand.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to streamline processes, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
• Industry Insight: Stay updated on crypto industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform decision-making.

Ideal Background:

• 5+ years in strategic leadership, preferably as a Chief of Staff.
• Direct experience collaborating with Founders or CEOs.
• Strong venture fund experience and crypto proficiency (blockchain, Web3).
• Background in FinTech or Web3 industries.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and execute under tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, ethical, and adept at working independently or in teams.
• Willingness to travel as required.
