We’re on a mission to make crypto investing more accessible, data-driven, and actionable. Now, we’re looking for a Crypto-Native UX Researcher to shape seamless user experiences and optimize how investors interact with our platform.

The Role

As a UX Researcher, you’ll design and execute research initiatives to enhance our platform’s usability, ensuring traders and investors can seamlessly navigate our analytics dashboards, AI-driven predictions, and market signals. You’ll work closely with product designers, developers, and stakeholders to turn user insights into impactful UX improvements.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Conduct UX Research: Use qualitative and quantitative methods (user interviews, surveys, usability tests) to understand our user base—from retail investors to pro traders.

✅ Analyze Crypto User Behavior: Study on-chain activity (wallet usage, token holdings, trading patterns) and leverage blockchain analytics tools like Dune Analytics and Etherscan.

✅ Optimize UX for Web3 Users: Identify friction points in crypto trading, staking, and DeFi interactions to improve platform usability.

✅ Develop User Personas & Journey Maps: Translate research into actionable insights for product development.

✅ Collaborate on UI/UX Enhancements: Work with designers to create intuitive dashboards and interfaces for crypto analytics and trading tools.

✅ Stay on Top of Web3 UX Trends: Advocate for best practices in DeFi, NFTs, and blockchain UX design.

✅ Work Closely with Product Teams: Iterate on features like portfolio trackers, market signals, and AI-driven insights based on user feedback.

✅ Communicate Insights: Present research findings to leadership and stakeholders to align user needs with business goals.

What We’re Looking For

🔹 3+ years of experience in UX research, user experience design, or related fields.

🔹 Crypto-native: Active Web3 participant with hands-on experience using dApps, wallets (MetaMask, Trust Wallet), DeFi protocols, or trading platforms.

🔹 Blockchain & On-Chain Expertise: Experience in trading, staking, yield farming, or governance participation.

🔹 Strong UX Research Skills: Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, wireframing, and persona development.

🔹 Familiarity with Data & Blockchain Tools: Experience with Etherscan, Dune Analytics, or similar platforms.

🔹 Excellent Communication: Ability to translate complex crypto concepts into actionable UX improvements.

🔹 Passion for Web3 & AI: Enthusiasm for shaping the future of crypto investing and analytics.
