Token Metrics is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join its Human Resources department. In this role, you will focus on people operations, ensuring Token Metrics attracts and hires top-tier talent for both technical and non-technical positions. You will play a critical role in enhancing the team’s performance and alignment with the company’s culture and goals.

Key Outcomes:

• Time to Hire: Reduce the average hiring time to under 30 days within a 90-day period, optimizing recruitment processes for efficiency.
• Candidate Feedback: Achieve and maintain a 90%+ satisfaction score from candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

Core Competencies:

• Technical Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field), or equivalent experience, with a deep understanding of technical roles and industry trends.
• ATS Experience: Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems like Lever, Greenhouse, and others, optimizing candidate pipelines.
• Recruiting Tools: Extensive experience with recruiting platforms such as Seekout, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring managers effectively.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven Success: Track record of hiring top talent, with a focus on technical recruitment.
• ATS Proficiency: Expertise in managing recruitment platforms and optimizing candidate pipelines.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
