Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled CSR Fund Development and Fundraising Executive to join our team. This role involves developing and executing strategies to secure vital funding for the Foundation’s projects through partnerships with corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, grant applications, individual donations, and fundraising events. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in fund development, excellent communication abilities, and in-depth knowledge of CSR practices in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fund Development Strategy: Create and execute a robust fund development strategy aimed at securing financial support through corporate donations, grants, and individual contributors.
• CSR Partnerships: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with potential CSR partners to align their goals with the mission of the Foundation.
• Grant Writing: Draft and submit grant proposals to trust funds, foundations, and government bodies, ensuring compliance with guidelines and timely submissions.
• Donor Engagement: Foster and manage relationships with both existing and prospective donors, ensuring regular updates, recognition, and engagement.
• Fundraising Campaigns: Organize and manage fundraising efforts, including online campaigns, events, and appeals, to build a wide base of support.
• Impact Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports detailing the impact of funds received, showcasing how donations contribute to the success of the Foundation’s programs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the program teams to identify funding needs and develop persuasive narratives that align funding opportunities with project goals.
• Market Research: Conduct research to stay informed on funding trends, CSR policies, and emerging opportunities, ensuring that the Foundation taps into new avenues for resource mobilization.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Work, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• A proven track record of successfully securing funding from corporate partners, foundations, and individual donors.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
• A deep understanding of the CSR ecosystem in India, including relevant regulations and industry best practices.
• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively with teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A passion for social causes and a commitment to the Vijoriya Foundation's mission and values.
