This role offers flexibility and allows you to interact with customers via phone, chat, and email, assisting with everything from product inquiries to order and payment-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve queries related to orders, products, payments, and website navigation.
• Problem Solving: Instead of following scripts, you’ll leverage your unique problem-solving skills to provide tailored solutions.
• Multi-tasking: You’ll work with various tools to find solutions, communicate effectively with customers, and ensure their experience is seamless.

Work Hours:

• This role requires working variable shifts to accommodate customer demand, including overnight, day, or late shifts.
• The work week is minimum 40 hours, with shift patterns spanning from 6 am to 11 pm, Sunday to Monday.
• You may be required to work on national holidays.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Customer-focused: Friendly, approachable, and able to handle customer interactions with empathy.
• Fast learner: Ability to quickly adapt to changes and handle multiple tasks in a high-energy environment.

Basic Qualifications:
