Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented Customer Service Representative with 2+ years of experience to join our operations team. This remote position is based in India, and you will work during the US day shift (9 pm - 6 am IST, Monday to Friday). If you have strong communication skills in English and a background in customer service, we would love to have you join our growing team.


Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling & Coordination: Organize the day-to-day activities of healthcare workers and ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Caregiver Hiring: Screen and hire caregivers based on client needs and service standards.
  • Client & Staff Communication: Maintain regular communication with field staff and build strong, interpersonal relationships.
  • Service Delivery: Manage the service delivery platform to meet company standards and ensure the best match between clients and caregivers.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly staffing reports, ensuring accurate documentation and communication.
  • Customer Support: Provide outstanding customer service over the phone, addressing client concerns and inquiries.
  • HR Support: Assist with payroll functions and provide HR support to healthcare workers.


Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a customer service role.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English is a must.
  • Computer Skills: Expertise in using documents, spreadsheets, and web applications is essential.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently.
  • Organization: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Self-Starter: Excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service with US or UK clients is highly desirable.
  • Technology Requirements: Clear phone voice quality and HD video quality during interviews and work sessions. You must have a laptop or desktop with a webcam, headset, and high-speed internet connection.
  • Work Environment: Dedicated home office space for a professional and distraction-free work environment.
  • Shift Timing: 9 pm to 6 am IST (Monday to Friday).
