🔍 Position Summary

• Role: Customer Solutions Analyst II
• Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
• Type: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
• Schedule: EST/PST Rotational Shifts (Mon–Fri; Weekends Off)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for customer issues and inquiries
• Represent the voice of the customer and share feedback internally
• Provide technical support and product guidance for ZoomInfo’s SaaS platform
• Triage escalations and coordinate with engineering teams
• Document FAQs, best practices, and knowledge base content
• Identify renewal risks and up-sell opportunities
• Support integration with third-party tools

✅ Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Customer/Product/Technical Support (B2B SaaS preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Self-driven, with high attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Empathetic, solution-oriented, and adaptable to change
• Ability to troubleshoot and guide users independently

🧠 Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with SaaS tools and CRM/data platforms
• Experience supporting integrations or APIs
