Data Analyst (Crypto, SQL, Dune, ETL) - Remote – Contract
Job Type: Contract, 40 hours/week
Location: Remote (Start: February)
Compensation: $35-$60/hour (DOE)
About the Role:
We are seeking a Data Analyst with experience in crypto projects to support an ongoing initiative. You will extract, reformat, and analyze data from blockchains, websites, and APIs while writing efficient SQL queries and code.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze cryptocurrency market data to identify trends.
- Develop blockchain applications and smart contracts.
- Research new cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies.
- Write and execute SQL queries to extract and transform blockchain data.
- Pull and process data from websites and APIs for analysis.
- Optimize data workflows with clean, reusable code.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Experience with Ethereum and smart contract development.
- Strong knowledge of crypto markets and trading.
- Proficiency in SQL, handling complex queries.
- Hands-on experience with APIs and web data extraction.
- Ability to work independently with your own equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
Interview Process:
- Initial call with the Hiring Manager.
- Complete a sample task or short SQL query assessment.
