Overview:

Lead and scale CrowdStrike’s Data Services team, overseeing deployment, operations, and performance of cloud-native data platforms such as Apache Cassandra, Kafka, OpenSearch, Redis, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor engineers across global teams
• Architect and scale high-performance data platforms
• Drive reliability, performance, and cost optimization
• Work across cloud (AWS, GCP, OCI, Azure) and hybrid infrastructures

Requirements:

• 8+ years in engineering, 5+ years in leadership
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and data infrastructure
• Strong cloud, Kubernetes, and Linux experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration
• Bachelor’s in CS or related field (Master’s preferred)
