Team: Systems & Mobile Platforms

This team serves as the first line of tech support for employees worldwide. You’ll support high-stakes trading environments, drive user-focused innovation, and work hands-on with cutting-edge tools across desktop, mobile, and conference room tech. You'll also have room to automate, collaborate, and lead improvements.

What You’ll Do

• Provide front-line support for employees in the London office (across OS platforms: Windows, MacOS, Unix)
• Deploy and support trading applications and hardware used by traders
• Collaborate with global teams to refine and enhance end-user experience
• Support AV and conference room tech
• Drive automation projects to improve support workflows
• Evaluate new tech and contribute to platform strategy
• Manage projects independently and ensure quality resolution

Required Skills & Experience

💻 Core Requirements:

• Strong technical support background across Windows, Unix, and MacOS
• Experience supporting trading applications and working on a trade floor
• Confident in scripting or low-level programming
• Passion for tech with an eagerness to learn and innovate
• Excellent self-starter mindset and ability to own projects
• Composed under pressure and time-sensitive conditions

Nice to Have:

• PowerShell scripting experience
• Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory
• Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) experience
