🎯 Your Mission

Drive enterprise growth and demand generation across Europe, focusing especially on Germany and surrounding markets. You’ll take US-proven marketing strategies and localize/adapt them for Europe.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate & adapt US growth efforts into high-impact European campaigns
• Drive lead generation and nurture existing sales pipeline
• Run events, webinars, and sponsorships
• Create sales collateral, nurture sequences, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns
• Craft thought leadership content for brand credibility
• Own campaign analytics, use Sheets/SQL to track impact
• Work across marketing functions (performance, product, partnerships)

✅ Your Background

• 3+ years in enterprise marketing/growth
• Familiar with European market dynamics, especially Germany
• Can craft compelling sales + marketing content
• Strong data/analytical skills (Google Sheets/SQL a plus)
• Experience with product marketing & customer personas

• Speak German fluently
• Know SEO, performance marketing, affiliate programs
