Crypto Analyst – Financial Crime Operations

Revolut’s Financial Crime Operations team is dedicated to keeping customers and their money safe. Using cutting-edge technology, we prevent financial crime like never before.

We’re looking for a Crypto Analyst to help safeguard customer accounts. This role is for responsible, detail-oriented professionals ready to tackle complex financial challenges. As a global fintech, we operate 24/7, meaning night and weekend shifts may be required.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct KYC/CDD analysis and financial crime risk assessments
• Investigate cybercrime, crypto-related crimes, and darknet activities
• Perform screenings and forensic analyses using blockchain investigation tools
• Identify and report suspicious activity, including money laundering risks
• Ensure CDD documents align with internal policies
• Analyze monitoring alerts and escalate risks as needed
• Handle confidential information with discretion

What You’ll Need

• Fluency in English
• Experience in crypto, ideally within a VASP (e.g., crypto exchange)
• Knowledge of blockchain investigation tools and AML/screening processes for crypto and fiat transactions
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills under tight deadlines
• Willingness to work different shifts

Nice to Have

• Fluency in another language
• Banking experience in risk, AML, or KYC
• Experience in threat intelligence or cybersecurity
• Strong technical knowledge of blockchain and crypto
