About the Role:

As a Graphic Designer at Revolut, you will play a pivotal role in creating high-quality design work that elevates the Revolut brand. Your work will strike a balance between creativity and precision, as you’ll be responsible for a variety of design tasks that bring the brand’s vision to life and drive its growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Documentation & Design Systems: Develop and manage documentation, design systems, and guidelines to ensure consistency across all designs.
• Art Direction: Lead and guide partner agencies to achieve optimal results for Revolut.
• Creative Asset Delivery: Produce visually engaging assets and motion designs that embody the Revolut brand.
• Campaign Content Development: Ideate and develop creative content for campaigns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, etc.) to create impactful design solutions.
• Visual Communication: Create mood boards, storyboards, scamps, and animatics to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
• End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines across multiple initiatives.

What You'll Need:

• Experience:
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, especially in branding or advertising environments.
• A strong online portfolio that demonstrates your success in creating visual brand systems for companies, products, or campaigns.
• Skills:
• Expertise in creative design, motion graphics, visual design, editorial design, typography, digital design, and social media.
• Strong creative thinking and branding identity skills.
• Experience in art direction.
• Tools:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Familiarity with Figma and Miro for prototyping and collaboration.
• Leadership:
• Experience leading design projects from start to finish, with the ability to manage and support other designers, motion artists, and 3D artists.

Compensation:

• Vilnius/Lithuania: €3,100 - €3,300 gross monthly
• Other Locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
• Final compensation will be based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
