About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer (Growth) to join our Performance Studio, a creative powerhouse responsible for performance marketing visuals across multiple channels. You’ll collaborate with our Growth team and 3D artists to design compelling creative assets for paid advertising campaigns, partnerships, and app store optimization.

What You’ll Do

• Design static and motion assets for performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google App campaigns, and more.
• Collaborate with the Growth team to develop engaging digital marketing creatives that drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Gather design references and create moodboards, scamps, storyboards, and animatics to communicate creative ideas.
• Own projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Contribute to scalable design processes, helping to improve efficiency across teams.
• Work on multiple projects with tight deadlines, delivering high-quality assets quickly.

What You’ll Need

✅ 2–4 years of experience in visual, brand, or motion design.

✅ Experience creating digital paid ads for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads.

✅ Strong conceptual thinking and excellent communication skills.

✅ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).

✅ Ability to create templates and scalable design solutions for multiple campaigns.

Nice to Have

➕ Familiarity with 3D modeling and animation (Cinema 4D is a plus).

➕ Experience with Figma.

➕ Knowledge of HTML5, print, OOH (Out-of-Home), and DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) ads.

➕ Experience localizing marketing assets for different markets.
