About the Role:

Design at Revolut is all about blending creativity with precision. As a Graphic Designer, you will work on a variety of design tasks and be part of a team that handles everything from branding to advertising campaigns. Your work will drive the look and feel of Revolut’s products and marketing materials. You’ll be responsible for delivering creative visual assets, motion designs, and campaign content, all while collaborating with teams across the company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Create Documentation & Design Systems: Develop design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across Revolut's brand.
• Art Direction: Lead and collaborate with partner agencies to produce top-notch design work that aligns with Revolut’s brand identity.
• Creative Visual Assets: Design compelling visual and motion graphics that bring the brand to life.
• Concept & Develop Campaigns: Work on content creation for campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing) to ensure design solutions meet the needs of various projects.
• Design Process Management: From concept to completion, you’ll manage design projects across multiple deadlines.
• Communication: Use mood boards, scamps, storyboards, and animatics to communicate ideas and collaborate with the team.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience: Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a background in branding or advertising environments.
• Portfolio: A strong online portfolio showcasing successful visual brand systems and campaigns.
• Design Skills: Expertise in creative design, motion graphics, typography, digital design, social media, and branding identity.
• Tools: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Miro, and other prototyping tools.
• Leadership: Experience leading design processes end-to-end, including managing teams of assisting designers, motion artists, and 3D artists.
• Creativity & Attention to Detail: Ability to create visually appealing solutions while paying close attention to every detail.
