💰 $243.9K – $286.9K base salary + bonus + equity

Role Overview:

Lead Coinbase’s DeFi and onchain product strategy, managing cross-functional teams to build consumer-facing crypto experiences. Drive the product vision, define OKRs, prioritize roadmaps, and influence the future of onchain adoption at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end product vision and execution for DeFi/onchain offerings
• Define and drive OKRs for multiple teams
• Translate user needs into intuitive, scalable product solutions
• Collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, and compliance
• Shape long-term onchain consumer strategy and roadmap

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years in product management
• 3+ years in fintech, DeFi, or complex product environments
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic planning skills
• Deep understanding of crypto and onchain consumer behavior
• Entrepreneurial mindset, thrives in fast-paced, high-growth settings

Bonus Points For:

• Experience growing ecosystems with developers/creators/consumers
• Familiarity with Ethereum, ENS, dApps, and DeFi protocols
• Active presence in crypto communities
