About the Role:

HubSpot is looking for a Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead the Demand Management product group, helping optimize lead generation, data enrichment, segmentation, and sales assignments. This role is crucial to HubSpot’s long-term strategy, ensuring the right leads reach the right sales teams at the right time across all regions and business segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Product Managers responsible for HubSpot’s lead pipeline, data enrichment, segmentation, and sales assignment systems.
• Develop and execute a product vision and strategy that supports HubSpot’s growth.
• Align internal teams, including UX, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams, to drive success.
• Use data-driven insights to shape demand generation strategies.
• Drive AI-driven innovations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Build a high-performing product team, fostering psychological safety, diversity, and career growth.
• Ensure HubSpot’s demand management capabilities remain a competitive advantage.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing product teams in demand generation, go-to-market, or internal business tools.
• Track record of building and scaling internal product solutions to support sales teams.
• Deep understanding of lead management, segmentation, and revenue operations.
• Experience working with AI and automation to enhance business processes.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, set strategy, and drive execution.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage with senior stakeholders.
