💰 Salary Range: $243,865 – $286,900 USD/year

This role is a key leadership position within the Stablecoins & Payments team, focused on enabling global businesses to move money faster and more efficiently via stablecoin-powered APIs and infrastructure.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own multiple product areas or one large complex domain
• Lead cross-functional product initiatives across APIs, payment systems, and stablecoins
• Drive the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch to iteration
• Define and deliver multi-year strategies and roadmaps
• Align product vision across engineering, design, legal, compliance, and business teams
• Prioritize product initiatives balancing stakeholder needs, complexity, and ROI
• Explore and validate new product opportunities (strategic, technical, user-based)
• Lead a team of PMs and potentially IC engineers

✅ What They’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of product management experience (including B2B/platform products)
• Strong track record building and shipping API products
• 3+ years taking products from zero to launch
• Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and influence execs
• Able to handle high-complexity, multi-stakeholder product domains
• Strategic mindset with executional rigor
• Strong grasp of crypto, fintech, or financial infrastructure
• Deep passion for stablecoins, crypto, and Coinbase’s mission

➕ Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Crypto or Web3 experience (custody, wallets, stablecoins)
• Engineering background (3+ years hands-on software dev a plus)
• 1–2 years of people management experience (PMs or engineers)
