🚀 About the Role

Paxos recently launched new stablecoins (USDL & USDG), expanded payment solutions, and introduced new APIs to simplify tokenized asset management. Now, we’re searching for a Growth Marketing Lead to scale these offerings globally.

As a key player on our Marketing Team, you’ll drive demand generation programs that accelerate stablecoin adoption and grow our customer base in a fast-moving industry.

🔹 What You’ll Do

🎯 Develop Demand Generation Strategy – Own B2B lead generation efforts, aligning with Sales & Product Marketing to drive pipeline growth.

📈 Manage Multi-Channel Campaigns – Launch and optimize SEM, paid social, email, content marketing, and event activations for lead acquisition.

📝 Content Development – Create compelling webinars, landing pages, and email campaigns to nurture prospects.

📊 Analyze & Optimize Performance – Track key metrics, refine strategies, and improve ROI.

🤝 Collaborate with Sales – Establish a feedback loop to enhance lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

🔹 About You

✅ 6+ years in B2B growth marketing or demand generation

✅ Experience in fintech, financial services, or blockchain

✅ Comfortable working across startups and enterprise sales-driven engagement

✅ Strong data-driven decision-making and communication skills

✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

✅ HubSpot experience is a plus

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Paxos offers a competitive total compensation package, including equity, bonuses, and benefits.

💵 Salary Range (US): $152,339—$179,223 USD
